Markets Served Buildings	Warehouse Design: Provide engineering design, specifications and permit acquisition of new warehouses and provide inspection and evaluation of existing warehouses. Warehouse design modifications include foundations, storm and process drainage, building structure, steel, masonry, concrete, prefabricated materials, mezzanines, fire protection, HVAC, lighting and utilities including sewer, water, air, nitrogen, steam and natural gas.
	Warehouse designs are prepared to facilitate dry bulk and liquid bulk storage, processing and manufacturing, maintenance and shop areas, truck and railcar loading and unloading arrangements and conveyor transport systems. We also design ancillary components to warehouses including truck traffic access and traffic patterns, canopies and docking areas.
