Truck ,Vessel and Rail Loading Facilities and Vapor
Control Systems:
Design/ revision of loading facilities: Hydrocarbon vapor
recovery and thermal oxidizer units. Piping, meters, valves,
and liquid foam/fire water systems. Engineering, design, material
take-off, bid package, specifications, and permits.
Authorized by the United States Coast Guard to certify new
and existing vapor control systems as meeting 33 CFR Part
154.
Gasoline Blending:
Engineering/ design, and supervised installation/ startup
of analyzer systems and gasoline blender control systems.
Analyzers may include, but are not limited
to the following:
